I was brought on this project right after shipping Mirror´s Edge Catalyst and helped out for about a month (August 2016) on one of the “War Story” single player missions to get it to a shippable state before joining the Star Wars Battlefront II team. My tasks involved bugfixing, some performance work as well as improving the gameplay experience for an overall more polished result.
SINGLE PLAYER LEVEL – “Young Men´s Work”
This is one of the more open ended missions in Battlefield 1 where you are tasked to retrieve a messenger cylinder from each desert camp. There are 3 camps in total and each favor a different playstyle and approach.
You start off on your horse on a lookout and you are free to roam around and clear the camps in any order.
